For all IEPC members we are now offering Sexual Harassment Training to help you stay in compliance with California state law AB1825, under the California Fair Employment and Housing Commission.  The law mandates that all organizations with 50 or more employees provide two hours of sexual harassment training to all supervisors once every two years.

We were able to purchase a large block of online training sessions through Apex Workplace Solutions at a deeply discounted rate, utilizing IEPC size.  If you or another member of your group would like to take the online Sexual Harassment Training, please forward the name of the person to take the training and their e-mail address to admin@iepc.com.  The information will be entered into the Apex Workplace Solutions eLearning Portal and the website will send the trainee an e-mail with log-in instructions.

The training takes approximately two hours, but can be paused and continue at a later time if you are unable to complete it in one sitting.  When the training is successfully completed the website generates a certificate that each organization must maintain to keep track of compliance of the law.
