Hourly Pay:  $205/h Day, $215/h Mid, $235/h Eve, $265/h GY
Additional $95 – $160/h profit sharing as a full partner

Profit distributed as quarterly bonus based on number of patients seen and RVUs.2 yr Partner track:
•    $50k sign on bonus for 2yr commitment
•    Year 1 you receive 1/3 of your quarterly profit share earnings
•    Year 2 you receive 2/3 quarterly profit share
•    Full partner and full 3/3 share of bonus at 24 months

Benefits Package: $1000/mo health insurance stipend, 6% 401k match, $5000/y CME.
Emergency Department Overview:

• Docs avg 1.80 pt/hr, 95k ER visits last year
• Cerner EMR
• 59h/d of Physician coverage and 76h/d of Mid-level coverage
• ED volume ~260 pts/day with 90 of those seen in the Peds ED
