$205/h Day, $215/h Mid, $235/h Eve, $265/h GY

 

Additional $95 – $160/h profit sharing as a full partner

 

Profit distributed as quarterly bonus based on number of patients seen and RVUs.

 

2 yr Partner track:

 

•    $50k sign on bonus for 2yr commitment

 

•    Year 1 you receive 1/3 of your quarterly profit share earnings

 

•    Year 2 you receive 2/3 quarterly profit share

 

•    Full partner and full 3/3 share of bonus at 24 months
